Qigong with Bill Wrenn is returning to Norwalk Public Library, 1 Belden Ave., Wed., 5-6 p.m., through Dec. 27 Qigong (pronounced chee-gung) means balancing and harmonizing with energy of life. In Chinese, Qi is “life energy,” and Gong means work, skill, or cultivation. The practice of Qigong includes gentle, dance-like movements, mindful breathing, meditation and self massage.
